What other features does the beacon tracker have?

The system has been built with a tampering alert, so that if any body tampers with the device or removes the battery the system will send an alert that someone has tampered with the GPS. The same alert will also be used if the vehicle battery has run down or not working.

Can you advise how multiple users and roles of each users can be segregated especially for companies with fleet of trucks?

For a company which has multi-users each having users with defined responsibilities, the system has capabilities of defining roles for users. Example-

Account Administrator - A super user who controls the ability to edit and view all functions within the system.
Vehicle Administrator - A user who has the rights to assign vehicles and enter the technical details of the vehicles.
Group Administrator - A user who controls a group of vehicles assigned to him.
User Administrator - A user who can view the vehicles assigned to him.

Is there some report which can provide the utilization of the Vehicles over a month?

If you have fleet of trucks / vehicles, and you need to know vehicles which have been underutilized, then the utilization report would provide the user with the complete detail of the vehicles and the number of hours that the vehicles were utilized. This helps in planning additional jobs for underutilized vehicles.

Received Event counts by Group shows the event count received from the vehicle device which is mapped in the particular group, user can view the Device Description, Device-ID, Count and since Last check-in time details.

Vehicle Excess speed report helps the customer to identify the every event of the speed of the vehicle, for the selected time frame.

Driving /Stopped Time summary helps the customer to access the driving/stopped time summary details (i.e. How long the vehicle has stopped at each of these locations) it allows us to view the Start Date/Time and Driving Elapsed time and the Driven Km details and Stop Date/Time and location details and Time lost due to idling and Time lost due to stopping.
